Are you struggling with your negative emotions?

How often are you depressed?

Always?

Some of the time?

Or never.

How often are you anxious?

Always?

Some of the time?

Or never.

If your answer was 'never' to either of those, then you're not human!

Because we are designed to have a whole range of emotions.

If your answer was 'some of the time', then you're able to bounce back to your 'wellbeing' - your state of happiness - when you've gone off balance.

If your answer was 'most of the time' - you simply don't know how to stop your negative thoughts from having such a stronghold over you.

It would be like me giving you keys to a plane

And expecting you to fly it without having any lessons

You're going to crash and burn, right?

So is being depressed and anxious most of the time a problem?

NO! Definitely not.

At school, we're taught about the physical form of a human being - the stuff we can see

However, nobody explains how the psychological formless part of a human being works.

Did you know;

We have 60 - 90 thousand thoughts a day

We feel what we think - NO EXCEPTIONS

The ego/identity we 'think' we are is completely made up

We have an internal sat nav that is able to guide us in ANY situation and 100% more reliable than what we 'think' the answer is

If you think you can find happiness by fixing an external situation, then you'll never find true happiness and peace of mind.

This approach does a 180-degree turn and finds the answers within you.

It's an education about your mental health and who you 'truly' are.

When you were a toddler

Life wasn't in boxes

There wasn't colour, money, ego, hatred, judgement....

It was a beautiful world overflowing with love

That part of you is always there - it's just been buried under layers of false labels and beliefs attached to you which unfortunately has resulted in the pain you are now.

We all have a choice in life and have been born with free will

You can stay stuck in your thinking and suffering

and whilst you might find temporary relief, it won't be sustainable

(By the way, I'm curious to know how that has worked out for you so far?)

Or, you can choose to have a relationship with the 'real you' which will positively impact how you view life and welcome the gifts that it has to offer for you.

One thing I know to be true - Nobody is broken or has a mental health problem - they simply don't know how they operate in life.

With Love,

Caroline
