Hello my name is Shantonu and I work with employers and employees as a Wellbeing Trainer.
I have two decades of international business experience working in large FTSE companies. A breakdown in 2013, resulting from burnout, followed by an admission to a psychiatric clinic changed my life forever. Driven by a desire to reduce the prevalence of stress and burnout in organisations, I help employers and their employees achieve better business health through webinars, in-person talks and workshops for groups as well as 1-2-1 training sessions for individuals.
My training programmes focus on improving self awareness and increasing self care using a novel approach that I developed through my own lived experience and that is rooted in well evidenced psychological practices.
